About the role

  • Customer Support Agent providing assistance in Dutch for a successful iGaming operator in Malta. Responsible for customer satisfaction and technical support across various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via chat, phone, and email in Dutch
  • Support players with technical (perceived or actual) problems
  • Ensure player satisfaction through applying professionalism and empathy
  • Educate players on game rules and features
  • Assist players with finding their way around the website and current promotions

Requirements

  • Excellent written & spoken communication skills in Dutch (native/C2 level) and English (C1)
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably online/chat support
  • Internet & IT savvy
  • Able to work on a shift basis across 7 days per week (rota)
  • Flexible multitasker, adapting swiftly to a fast-paced environment
  • Quick learner
  • "Winner mentality" - you like to deliver to the best of your ability
