Requirements
Minst 3 års erfarenhet av helhetsansvar för rekrytering, gärna inom mjukvarubolag (SaaS/Tech) eller liknande tillväxtmiljö.
Bevisad erfarenhet av kvalificerad kandidatbedömning inom flera discipliner, främst inom go-to-market- och produktutveckling.
Vana av att utveckla och förvalta framåtlutade ATS ex. Teamtailor.
Erfarenhet av LinkedIn Recruiter och andra search-verktyg.
Goda kunskaper inom AI och ser det som en naturlig del i ditt arbete.
Trygghet i att coacha och utbilda rekryterande chefer i intervjusammanhang.
Ansvarat för employer branding-strategi, content samt anordnat event med fokus på att attrahera talanger och stärka vårt arbetsgivarvarumärke.
Flytande svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift.
