About the role

  • Sales Lead responsible for driving business and sales performance in Oncology/Hematology team at Johnson & Johnson. Engaging in proactive strategies to achieve sales targets and coaching junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the Oncology/Hematology sales team to drive business and meet sales targets
  • Assists in delivering sales performance and promotes product(s)
  • Implements a proactive approach in driving channel accountability and growth
  • Analyzes complex performance, competitive, and customer data
  • Identifies opportunities to maximize sales opportunities through conferences and other events

Requirements

  • Established and productive individual contributor
  • In-depth knowledge of Oncology/Hematology products
  • Goal-Oriented, Leadership, Mentorship, Sales Prospecting
  • Experience with Sales Territory Management
  • Clinical Experience preferred
  • Data Savvy
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical Sales
