Responsibilities
Identification and systematic pursuit of new business opportunities in the German market
Persuasive presentation of our solutions to potential customers
Building and maintaining relationships with venues (clubs, arenas, amusement parks), hotels and similar partners
Independently managing the entire sales cycle – from prospecting and proposals to contract closing
Close collaboration with teams in Germany and Belgium to ensure successful project delivery
Contributing to the development of sales strategies and commercial initiatives
Representing the company at trade shows, networking events and customer visits across Germany
Requirements
3 to 5 years of professional experience in B2B sales or business development
Experience in or a strong affinity for the entertainment/event industry is an advantage
Strong commercial understanding with a goal-oriented, entrepreneurial working style
Fluent German and good command of English
High level of personal responsibility combined with strong teamwork skills
Willingness to engage in active acquisition, including cold calling and negotiations
