About the role

  • Internal sales representative at Lumen, an electric equipment distributor. Manages customer inquiries, order processing, and service resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Receive customer calls and provide accurate pricing and product information, conducting research when needed;
  • Enter customer orders into the system;
  • Follow up with customers on orders in progress;
  • Follow up on corporate requests, analyze reports, and take action;
  • Take necessary measures to resolve customer service issues promptly and follow up;
  • Proactively suggest related and/or alternative products when necessary;
  • Keep technical product knowledge up to date;
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

  • Two (2) years of experience in customer service and sales
  • Vocational diploma (DEP) in electrical studies and/or sales training (an asset)
  • Good knowledge of the electrical market
