About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for building sales pipeline from acquisition to contract in Hamburg. The company supports the energy transition through customized sales solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for building the sales pipeline, from prospecting to contract signing
  • Identify potential customers through targeted web research and sign-ups via the website
  • Set up initial outreach campaigns (phone, email, etc.)
  • Present products and advise prospective customers
  • Conduct contract negotiations independently and manage customers through to contract closure
  • Work closely with the Customer Success Management team

Requirements

  • Excellent German and English skills, written and spoken (minimum C1 level)
  • Experience in sales and new customer acquisition
  • Experience with technically complex products, ideally in a SaaS environment
  • Familiarity with common software tools (e.g., MS Office) and CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
  • Open, direct communication style and the ability to inspire people
  • Self-directed, structured, and solution-oriented working style
