Responsibilities
Responsible for building the sales pipeline, from prospecting to contract signing
Identify potential customers through targeted web research and sign-ups via the website
Set up initial outreach campaigns (phone, email, etc.)
Present products and advise prospective customers
Conduct contract negotiations independently and manage customers through to contract closure
Work closely with the Customer Success Management team
Requirements
Excellent German and English skills, written and spoken (minimum C1 level)
Experience in sales and new customer acquisition
Experience with technically complex products, ideally in a SaaS environment
Familiarity with common software tools (e.g., MS Office) and CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
Open, direct communication style and the ability to inspire people
Self-directed, structured, and solution-oriented working style
