About the role

  • Strategy & Operations Analyst overseeing operations and governance at Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine sector. Collaborating across functions to drive performance and strategic execution.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the operational lead for the area, ensuring day-to-day activities, processes, and routines are well structured and running smoothly
  • Design, manage, and continuously improve the governance model of the area
  • Own and coordinate key management forums, including: weekly meetings, monthly reviews, quarterly planning and performance discussions
  • Define agendas, objectives, and materials for leadership discussions
  • Track decisions, actions, and commitments, ensuring proper follow-up and execution
  • Support the translation of strategy into clear initiatives, plans, and execution roadmaps
  • Ensure alignment between strategic priorities and operational demands
  • Monitor execution of strategic initiatives and flag risks, gaps, or misalignment
  • Act as a thought partner to leadership on prioritization and sequencing of initiatives
  • Own the monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) for the area
  • Conduct deep, structured analyses of results, trends, and performance drivers
  • Identify opportunities for improvement based on data and insights
  • Translate analyses into clear recommendations and actionable plans
  • Support leadership decision-making through high-quality insights and storytelling with data
  • Be responsible for the end-to-end budget management of the area
  • Support budget planning, forecasting, tracking, and reporting
  • Monitor budget execution, identifying risks, deviations, and optimization opportunities
  • Partner with Finance to ensure compliance, accuracy, and transparency
  • Ensure alignment between financial planning and strategic priorities
  • Map, document, and improve key operational and management processes
  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for simplification
  • Propose and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Act as a guardian of operational discipline and process adherence
  • Act as a key point of contact between the area and other internal teams when needed
  • Facilitate alignment across functions, ensuring clarity of roles, timelines, and dependencies
  • Support effective communication and collaboration across areas

Requirements

  • Professional graduated
  • Is not required experience in healthcare, but any experience in pharma would be good.
  • Advance english is a must. Highly desire spanish
  • Solid experience in strategy, operations, business planning, PMO, or similar roles
  • Proven experience supporting leadership teams with governance, planning, and execution
  • Strong background in performance tracking, analytics, and business insights
  • Hands-on experience managing or supporting budget planning and financial tracking
  • Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments
