About the role

  • Account Manager responsible for driving sales and executing business plans within NeuWave Medical accounts. Focusing on recruiting users and training physicians in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing business plans to drive utilization in existing NeuWave Medical Accounts
  • Recruiting new users and educating referring physicians
  • Executing training of physicians and staff
  • Managing account relationships to achieve consistent and profitable sales revenue
  • Building value creation to strengthen relationships and protect from competitors
  • Responsible for service agreement contracts
  • Developing professional education events tailored to each market
  • Providing technical consultation to physicians in procedure rooms
  • Overseeing implementation and account development processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 2 years of relevant Medical Device/Healthcare and/or Business-to-Business sales experience
  • Strong proven medical device sales track record with documented growth and achievements
  • Demonstrated success in previous sales roles, indicating a high level of sales performance, influence and selling skills
  • Capital Equipment experience
  • Market development or product launch experience
  • Strong business acumen, including C-Suite customer experience
  • Ability to travel up to 50% – 60%
