About the role
- Regional Facility Management Operations Leader overseeing and optimizing facility management operations at JLL. Driving safety, performance, and client satisfaction across multiple Massachusetts locations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize facility management operations across multiple sites
- Foster a safety-first culture through proactive measures and comprehensive safety leadership initiatives
- Manage and develop high-performing teams while promoting professional growth
- Monitor and improve client satisfaction through KPI tracking and quality assurance surveys
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and achieve performance goals through strategic oversight
- Lead energy conservation efforts and promote sustainable practices across all managed facilities
- Introduce and implement innovative facility management solutions to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in facility management leadership roles with proven track record
- Ability to travel frequently (approximately 80% or 4 days per week) throughout Massachusetts to client sites
- Proven experience managing large-scale facility operations and teams across multiple locations
- Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience in budget management and cost optimization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management
- Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in facility management operations
- Professional certifications such as CFM (Certified Facility Manager) or IFMA credentials (preferred)
