Requirements

  • A **sales mindset** and natural ability to connect with people — you love turning conversations into commitments.
  • **3+ years** of experience in inside sales, client onboarding, or customer success.
  • Law firm or legal industry experience is highly preferred
  • A **degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or Hospitality** (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Prior **Salesforce is preferred.**
  • **Comfort with change and a flexible mindset — you can adapt quickly, embrace new systems, and stay composed when priorities shift.**
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you’re engaging, confident, and persuasive.
  • High energy, curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative spirit with strong follow-through and respect for process.
