About the role

  • Army Transparency Team Analyst providing analytical support in maintaining Army authorization documentation. Managing data updates and ensuring compliance with Army policies in Washington D.C.

Responsibilities

  • Provides analytical and technical support to the Documentation Branch in maintaining and validating Army authorization and requirements documentation
  • Manages updates to MTOE, TDA, and BOIP data to ensure force structure accuracy and compliance with Army policies
  • Coordinates with HQDA G-3/5/7 Force Management, ASA(ALT), and AMC to align documentation with approved capabilities and modernization plans
  • Prepares reports, briefings, and data summaries supporting SPAR, POM, and AROC/JROC reviews
  • Ensures configuration control, version tracking, and audit readiness across documentation systems

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and/or Business
  • A minimum of four (4) years of experience and expertise in Force Development duties
  • Demonstrates expert analytical and technical skills in managing Army authorization and requirements documentation, including MTOE, TDA, and BOIP updates
  • Proficient in validating and maintaining data accuracy to ensure compliance with approved force structure and modernization policies
  • Skilled in analyzing documentation changes to assess equipment alignment and organizational impact
  • Possesses strong attention to detail and communication abilities to produce accurate, audit-ready reports supporting Army equipping and integration decisions
