About the role
- Analista Fabricação JR responsible for supporting production and administrative activities at Nestlé. Working in a diverse and inclusive environment with a focus on excellence in food and beverage production.
Responsibilities
- Support routine production, administrative and system activities;
- Release production orders and analyze usage variances;
- Perform technical closure of process orders;
- Manage material consumption and inventory control (stock/inventory);
- Interface with other departments (Scheduling/Planning, Administrative, HR, Quality Assurance, Maintenance and Engineering), promoting proactive cooperation between areas;
- Be proactive with the Integrated Management System (SGI), contributing to system maintenance at the site;
- Support NCE (Non-Conformity) activities in the area;
- Prepare manufacturing dossiers;
- Create purchase requisitions/orders;
- Record invoice entries (NF - fiscal invoice).
Requirements
- Completed or in-progress university degree in Engineering or Business Administration;
- Desirable knowledge of SAP T&P;
- Desirable knowledge of manufacturing processes and factory KPIs;
- Desirable knowledge of the Integrated Management System (SGI);
- Mandatory intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (focus on Excel);
- Desirable knowledge of Power BI;
- Availability to work standard office hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM).
