Media Analyst role at AlmapBBDO, connecting strategy with campaign execution. Collaborating on strategic plans and implementation processes for media campaigns.
Responsibilities
Active participation in strategic planning, collaborating with the team to develop strategies aligned with client objectives and drafting the campaign's tactical plan;
Support for supervisors and managers in developing studies and in media and audience analysis for strategic rationale, as well as campaign simulation;
Coordination of the team throughout the OFF and ON campaign implementation process – sending insertion orders (PI), requesting creative materials, purchasing TV on each broadcaster's platform, producing materials, reconciling TV schedules, campaign checking, vendor registration, and liaising with partners, media outlets and other agency departments;
Daily campaign monitoring with the team to generate insights and optimize results, ensuring the achievement of established KPIs;
Support in preparing campaign reports together with the supervisor;
Support to the team on media billing, as well as control of media packages and purchase orders (POs);
Execution of other related activities as requested/instructed to contribute to the team and professional development.
Requirements
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams;
Proficiency with the VBS media system;
Knowledge of media research tools such as Instar Analytics, Easy Media, TGI and Arquivo da Propaganda;
Proficiency in offline media (broadcast TV, pay TV, radio, magazines/newspapers);
Knowledge of digital media is a differential — certifications are an additional plus! (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads and LinkedIn Ads).
