About the role

• Join ABC Brasil as a Senior Analyst for Fraud Prevention projects, enhancing operational efficiency through innovative strategies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead for Fraud Prevention projects;
• Conduct requirements gathering, functional design, and track deliverables;
• Participate in the implementation of anti-fraud technologies;
• Validate technical deliveries, configured rules, parameters, flows, and operational impacts;
• Perform functional testing and acceptance of anti-fraud workstreams;
• Map existing routines and workflows, identifying gaps, risks, and efficiency opportunities;
• Support the design and evolution of the area's governance model;
• Analyze rule performance, KPIs, alerts, and transaction volumes;
• Identify root causes of operational failures or systemic deviations;
• Propose short-term tactical adjustments and medium/long-term strategic initiatives;
• Prepare technical studies, benchmarks, and qualitative analyses;
• Work directly with Technology, Product, Operations, Information Security, Compliance, and Risk teams;
• Support the operations team in scenario interpretation, rule evolution, and area maturity;
• Contribute to the development of tactical and executive KPIs for the area;
• Support reviews of the Risk Matrix and internal/external audits;
• Prepare executive presentations, reports, and stakeholder materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed);
• Solid experience in Banking Fraud Prevention, with a focus on operations, projects, or technology;
• Knowledge of anti-fraud tools (Transaction Engine, Device ID/Scan, Biometrics, Geolocation, Bureaus, etc.);
• Proficiency in digital fraud analysis techniques (PIX, TED, TEV, Onboarding, etc.);
• Strong process orientation and ability to map end-to-end journeys;
• Analytical capability for data and metrics interpretation;
• Desirable skills: basic SQL, project management;
• Excellent communication and writing skills;
• Intermediate English (preferred).
