Responsibilities

Support and execute higher-complexity activities.
Operate within the BPO routine, based on-site at the client.
Availability to work in Pinheiros, São Paulo — 2 days on-site, 3 days remote.
Requirements
Experience in customer service;
Basic computer skills;

Knowledge of business rules related to transport insurance, including endorsements (averbação) and underwriting (subscrição);
Quick learner with strong concentration.
Experience in the logistics sector;
