About the role

  • Analista Suporte Pleno providing solutions to clients in logistics technology. Conducting analysis, assisting clients, and collaborating in operations within the logistics sector.

Responsibilities

  • Perform analyses and diagnostics to propose accurate solutions to clients.
  • Act as a trainer and knowledge multiplier, guiding clients on day-to-day operational processes.
  • Handle phone calls and respond to emails regarding various client requests.
  • Work independently on standardized tasks.
  • Support and execute higher-complexity activities.
  • Operate within the BPO routine, based on-site at the client.
  • Availability to work in Pinheiros, São Paulo — 2 days on-site, 3 days remote.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service;
  • Basic computer skills;
  • Results-oriented, dynamic, and communicative;
  • Knowledge of business rules related to transport insurance, including endorsements (averbação) and underwriting (subscrição);
  • Quick learner with strong concentration.
  • Experience in the logistics sector;
  • Experience in the insurance market.
