Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and publishing job postings.
- Pre-screen applications and take part in interviews.
- Welcome new hires (preparing contracts, onboarding, training on internal tools).
- Improve our onboarding process to ensure an excellent experience from day one.
- Attend one-on-one meetings (feedback, objectives, development).
- Help implement initiatives to boost engagement (employee surveys, workshops, etc.).
- Help analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Organize internal events (afterworks, team-building).
- Coordinate logistics and communications to maximize participation.
- Propose creative ideas to strengthen team cohesion.
- Manage administrative files (contracts, amendments, absences).
- Assist with payroll preparation (in collaboration with our external partner).
- Update our HR tools (database, tracking spreadsheets).
Requirements
- You are curious, organized, and enjoy interacting with people.
- You want to explore a wide range of HR areas, from recruitment to administrative management.
- You're comfortable with digital tools (Slack, Notion) and a quick learner.
- You speak French fluently, and English is a real plus (our teams are international!).
- You're proactive, detail-oriented, and can stay calm under pressure.
- Previous experience in HR, project management, or a startup environment is a plus, but motivation is what matters most!
