About the role

  • Customer Service Representative liaising between customers and cross-functional teams for timely processing of RFQs. Building long-lasting customer relationships for an aircraft parts distributor.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely processing of customer RFQ’s
  • Follow up on outstanding quote activity, analyzing wins and losses for future business opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with various internal teams to ensure accuracy of quotes and address customer inquiries
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with a portfolio of assigned customers

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 2-5 Years of Related Work Experience or 2 years College Job-Related Knowledge
  • B2B Customer Service Fundamentals
  • Proficient with ERP Software and Salesforce or Similar CRM Application
  • Advanced Data Entry
