Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience

- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Deep understanding of talent market dynamics and workforce planning
- Proficiency in ATS systems (Workday preferred) and recruitment analytics tools
- Reside within 2 hours of assigned Itron location
