Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Significant experience in technical recruiting in dynamic environments
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Deep understanding of talent market dynamics and workforce planning
Proficiency in ATS systems (Workday preferred) and recruitment analytics tools
