Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Significant experience in technical recruiting in dynamic environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Deep understanding of talent market dynamics and workforce planning
  • Proficiency in ATS systems (Workday preferred) and recruitment analytics tools
  • Reside within 2 hours of assigned Itron location
