Esperienza comprovata nella guida di team di vendita B2B SaaS o digitali, idealmente coprendo sia vendite che successo del cliente, con leadership dimostrata di strutture di team complesse e multilivello.
Forte mentalità analitica e approccio basato sui dati.
Profonda conoscenza dei processi di vendita, gestione del pipeline e previsione.
Eccellenti capacità di leadership, comunicazione e coaching.
Competenza con CRM e strumenti di vendita moderni; apertura all'innovazione guidata dall'IA.
