About the role

  • Consultant role focusing on pricing and monetization strategies at hy. Work on exciting customer projects with a data-driven approach in Berlin.

Responsibilities

  • You will work in project teams on exciting client engagements with a focus on pricing and monetization strategies, e.g., pricing strategies for new ventures, implementation of value creation plans, building pricing organizations, and conducting pricing opportunity checks for digital business models.
  • You will independently manage your own work packages within projects and be responsible for directing analyses as well as preparing and running client meetings and delivering outstanding client presentations.
  • You will use modern data analysis tools and AI-supported models (e.g., Python) to enable well-founded decision-making.
  • You will act as an expert and sparring partner for our clients and colleagues on pricing and monetization topics and assess how digital tools and AI-supported analytical methods can support decision processes.
  • You will think and act entrepreneurially, identify pricing and implementation opportunities at the client, and use data-driven methods and software solutions for analysis and optimization.
  • You will translate transactional or market research data into concrete recommendations for action, leveraging modern BI tools, automation solutions, and AI-supported analyses where appropriate.
  • You will help us convert analyses and learnings into standardized pricing frameworks and tools to develop scalable and efficient solutions.
  • As a team player, you will help shape our ambition to redefine management consulting through the targeted use of data-driven methods and modern technologies in pricing advisory.

Requirements

  • You have completed a degree in Economics, Finance, Management, or a comparable field.
  • You have already gained some practical experience in consulting and/or in pricing- and sales-related topics.
  • You are eager to support a high-performing team and help our clients overcome growth challenges.
  • You interact with clients in an empathetic and solution-oriented manner.
  • You have a strong interest in quantitative, analytical work and have experience using AI-supported pricing and analytics tools (e.g., Python for ML models).
  • You have knowledge of automated market monitoring using AI-supported tools for competitive analysis.
  • You are proficient in German as well as English.
  • You have practical experience with AI-supported automation of pricing processes (e.g., intelligent price recommendation systems, CPQ tools, etc.), predictive analytics, machine learning, or AI-driven pricing.
  • You demonstrate team spirit, inspire others with your ideas, and easily build trusted relationships with your team and internal and external stakeholders.
