About the role

  • Presales Manager working with Sales Managers to convince potential customers of software solutions. Collaborating on implementation concepts and supporting customer project goals.

Responsibilities

  • Together with our Sales Managers, you form a strong team and persuade prospective customers of the added value of our software solutions.
  • You contribute your subject-matter expertise by competently advising prospective customers on implementing their requirements and achieving project objectives.
  • Based on the requirements, you develop tailored implementation concepts in coordination with the executing departments and prepare proposals.
  • You serve as a key interface within the organization, paving the way from the sales phase to the implementation of customer projects.

Requirements

  • A degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Business Informatics, or a related field.
  • Several years of professional experience in presales or a comparable area.
  • Ideally, initial experience leading implementation projects for complex, consultative software.
  • Strong customer orientation, initiative, and enjoyment in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good technical understanding; IT knowledge in software architecture or databases (SQL) is an advantage.
  • Business-fluent German and English.
