  • Responsable Formation managing training and skills development for ISM. Focused on digitalization of training and structuring career pathways for interpreters and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the training and skills development policy
  • Support the association's transformation
  • Design learning pathways, modernize tools, and manage training programs
  • Coordinate an ecosystem of internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to the association's overall transformation

Requirements

  • Proven experience in training, HR development, or HR project management
  • Strong knowledge of the professional training framework and funding mechanisms
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing change
  • Strong interest in digitalization of HR and training processes
  • Ability to work in a small, resource-constrained organization
