Responsibilities
Monitor requests that align with clients' needs and objectives based on the contracted scope;
Provide assisted follow-up, developing effective mitigation plans together with the client-facing teams;
Act as the focal point for security-related issues and client advisory, offering targeted guidance.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in information security;
Basic knowledge of incident management, crisis response, and risk mitigation.
Nice to have:
English language proficiency;
Understanding of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) practices.
