Responsibilities
- Monitor requests that align with clients' needs and objectives based on the contracted scope;
- Provide assisted follow-up, developing effective mitigation plans together with the client-facing teams;
- Act as the focal point for security-related issues and client advisory, offering targeted guidance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in information security;
- Basic knowledge of incident management, crisis response, and risk mitigation.
