About the role

  • District Sales Manager leading pharmaceutical sales team to launch innovative ADHD treatment. Responsible for achieving sales objectives and ensuring compliance with client policies across New Jersey, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and New York.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a pharmaceutical sales team to launch an innovative delivery platform for an ADHD product
  • Achieve client corporate and district sales objectives by hiring, leading and developing a pharmaceutical sales team
  • Maintain compliance with all IQVIA and client policies that govern field sales activity

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (B. A. or B.S.) from a four-year accredited college or university
  • 5+ year of proven, documented, consistent, and successful track record in the pharmaceutical industry required
  • 1+ years as a pharmaceutical sales manager required
  • 2+ years as a pharmaceutical sales representative required
  • Experience recruiting and selecting new hires required
  • Experience in Psychiatry and Pediatrics strongly preferred
  • Must have successful product launch experience documented with sales results and examples of company awards
