About the role

  • B2B Marketing Manager overseeing marketing strategies and execution in a hybrid role for an educational organization. Focusing on B2B products and collaborating with sales and content teams.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage and further develop comprehensive B2B marketing initiatives in close collaboration with Sales and specialized B2B experts.
  • Analyze market, audience, and performance data to continuously optimize the entire marketing ecosystem.
  • Develop and own persuasive B2B copy across all channels — audience-targeted, conversion-driven, and context-appropriate, regardless of medium.
  • Work closely with Sales, Content, Design, and external experts to translate complex offerings into clear, effective messages.
  • Ensure the conceptual and technical implementation of all marketing activities in alignment with Sales, Product, and internal systems.
  • Strategically scale effective initiatives — with clear priorities, measurable goals, and increasing strategic responsibility.

Requirements

  • At least 3–5 years of solid B2B marketing experience, ideally in education, professional development, or with complex/consultative products.
  • Proven strong strategic and analytical understanding of holistic marketing ecosystems.
  • Advanced copywriting expertise: you think like the audience, write like the audience, and use words that precisely achieve the intended effect — tailored to channel and objective.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams and collaborating with specialized B2B experts.
  • High level of ownership, entrepreneurial mindset, and motivation to take on a leadership role in the future.
  • Willingness to regularly contribute to on-site marketing activities (location: Mannheim).
