About the role

  • Implement HR systems for public entities in Brazil, focusing on payroll, recruitment, and other HR areas. Collaborate with clients and provide training and support during system deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Implement IPM HR systems in municipal public entities, following business rules and client requirements, covering routines and areas such as: Payroll, Recruitment and Selection, Electronic Timekeeping, Performance Evaluation, Probationary Period management, Occupational Health and Safety, among others;
  • Analyze system processes and functionalities, identifying improvements and necessary adjustments;
  • Configure the system according to gathered requirements, ensuring data quality and security;
  • Conduct training for system users, providing guidance on operations and available functionalities;
  • Monitor the implementation process, resolving issues and clarifying doubts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields;
  • Knowledge of public-sector legislation and regulations applicable to HR/payroll;
  • Experience with HR and payroll software;
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
