Implement HR systems for public entities in Brazil, focusing on payroll, recruitment, and other HR areas. Collaborate with clients and provide training and support during system deployment.
Responsibilities
Implement IPM HR systems in municipal public entities, following business rules and client requirements, covering routines and areas such as: Payroll, Recruitment and Selection, Electronic Timekeeping, Performance Evaluation, Probationary Period management, Occupational Health and Safety, among others;
Analyze system processes and functionalities, identifying improvements and necessary adjustments;
Configure the system according to gathered requirements, ensuring data quality and security;
Conduct training for system users, providing guidance on operations and available functionalities;
Monitor the implementation process, resolving issues and clarifying doubts.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields;
Knowledge of public-sector legislation and regulations applicable to HR/payroll;
Experience with HR and payroll software;
Willingness to travel frequently.
