Responsibilities
Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security access
Maintain data quality and integrity through audits, deduplication efforts, and validation rules
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making
Monitor system performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities
Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and APIs
Implement and enhance automation using Flow, Process Builder, and custom triggers
Support integrations between Salesforce and third-party or internal systems
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and identify effective solutions
Collaborate closely with the Salesforce Solution Architect to translate business needs into technical designs
Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, documentation, and training
Stay current on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, recommending continuous improvements
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration and development experience
Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer certifications
Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, data architecture, and automation tools
Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, and API integrations
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and cross-functional product teams
Strong communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users.
