Responsibilities

  • We are looking for a **Group IT Change Manager** to join the Group IT Operations team of a leading financial institution. The role focuses on overseeing the entire IT Change Management lifecycle, ensuring compliance with ITIL best practices, and coordinating complex infrastructure changes across technical and business units. This is a hybrid position.
  • **Key Responsibilities**
  • Manage the end-to-end IT Change Management lifecycle: planning, impact assessment, scheduling, and approvals.
  • Coordinate and lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, preparing materials and advising on Go/No-Go decisions.
  • Ensure high-quality change documentation (runbooks, rollback plans, change tickets, release notes) aligned with ITIL practices.
  • Control change calendars, identify conflicts, and manage freeze periods to maintain platform stability.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to coordinate critical changes, manage escalations, and provide regular status updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Track KPIs, build dashboards, and drive automation and process improvements across Change Management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT Change Management in enterprise environments.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL Change Management principles and governance frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalent.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in highly regulated sectors (e.g., banking, financial services) is highly desirable.
  • University degree in a relevant field.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken). **
