About the role

  • Associate Director leading data consultancy at Intuita, focusing on strategic and transformative data solutions for NHS clients. Requires extensive experience in NHS data projects and client leadership.

Responsibilities

  • This is a senior leadership position combining strategic data consultancy with deep NHS domain expertise.
  • You'll shape high-value data strategies and solutions for NHS clients, acting as both a trusted advisor and delivery lead.
  • The role requires someone who can operate at CXO level, steering clients through complex data transformations while galvanising internal teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Engage in NHS Discovery Engagements and own end-to-end delivery of client Discoveries.
  • Act as team lead in these short engagements, setting priorities and leading client interactions.
  • Help NHS clients think holistically about their data journey, from immediate pain points to longer-term strategic capability.
  • Take on Client Lead role for small to medium NHS clients, advising client CXOs.
  • Support growth activities through account expansion within NHS sector and generate opportunities with new NHS clients.
  • Own how we communicate value to NHS clients during and post-delivery.
  • Play a lead role in the Data Enablement team, driving collective success and providing mentoring across teams.

Requirements

  • c.15+ years in related data/Bl roles within NHS or healthcare
  • Former senior position in large, complex NHS Trust, such as: Director of BI / Analytics / Information / Data; Head of BI / Analytics / Information / Data
  • Proven track record delivering complex NHS data projects, particularly: BI workstreams in EPR implementations; BI transformations in NHS settings; Integration of Operational, Clinical, Workforce, and Finance data
  • Deep understanding of NHS data requirements, challenges, and regulatory landscape
  • Hands-on experience with RTT, Waitlists, CDS, Operational and Statutory Reporting
  • Strong grasp of value extraction from EPRs and various NHS data sources
  • Ability to assess data maturity and design pragmatic transformation roadmaps
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at strategic level, advising CXOs
  • Experience generating new business and building networks within consultancy environment
  • Capability to translate technical solutions into business value
  • Track record of converting discovery work into sustained client partnerships
  • Proven team leadership and mentoring capability
  • Strong network within NHS BI/analytics community (highly beneficial)
  • Excellent client relationship building skills
  • Able to speak the language of both technical teams and executive stakeholders
  • Confident representing the company at external events.
