About the role

  • Infrastructure & Support Engineer delivering high-quality technical support across Intrepid’s EMEA teams. Combining hands-on engineering with frontline IT support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver reliable, high-quality technical support to Intrepid’s EMEA teams
  • Combine hands-on infrastructure engineering with frontline IT support
  • Ensure systems, devices, and networks run smoothly across the region
  • Support users, manage devices and applications
  • Assist with system and network administration
  • Work closely with local and distributed teams to maintain secure, resilient services
  • Require office attendance approximately 4 days per week
  • Conduct some travel across the EMEA region for hands-on support

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • Hands-on experience supporting Windows and macOS environments, including device administration and troubleshooting
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, Exchange Online, and identity/access management
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
  • Experience with device management tools such as Intune, MDM solutions, Autopilot, or imaging technologies
  • Understanding of IT security fundamentals and best practices
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Strong customer service mindset and ability to build trust with stakeholders
  • Industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA, networking) are desirable
  • Exposure to server administration, virtualisation, cloud platforms, or scripting (PowerShell)
