Responsibilities
Key account manager / portfolio manager for various real estate AIFs, primary contact for external asset managers/fund sponsors, third-party management companies (Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaften), custodians and all internal and external contractual partners
Central process manager for fund initiation through ongoing management to fund exit (negotiation of fund documentation and outsourcing agreements, obtaining required resolutions, participation in investment committee meetings) and data management
Transaction management, coordination of acquisitions and disposals, oversight of ongoing portfolio management tasks of international and European real estate fund providers/asset managers on behalf of lntReal as the management company, considering investment law and real estate economics aspects
Preparation of presentations and sales materials (RFPs), participation in client meetings and events
Requirements
Completed degree in business administration, real estate economics and/or law
Several years of professional experience in fund management, fund structuring and/or asset management, ideally at a management company (Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft)
Good knowledge of German investment law and basic knowledge of real estate markets, ideally also corporate and country-specific legal and tax issues related to domestic and international real estate transactions
Fund knowledge desirable
Strong analytical and process-oriented skills
Very good English skills and proficient MS Office skills
Strong communication and client orientation, team player with an independent working style
