About the role
- Leiter Schachtproduktion responsible for the functional management of Shaft Production in Stendal. Supervising production processes, including quality control and coordination with construction sites.
Responsibilities
- Personelle, organisatorische und fachliche Leitung der Schachtproduktion
- EDV-gestützte Konfiguration von Betonschächten und -bauwerken
- Einlastung von Auftragsfertigungen in der Produktion und Fertigungsteuerung
- Laufende Terminverfolgung sowie Abstimmung mit den Baustellen

Requirements
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Maurer oder Betonbauer möglichst ergänzt um eine Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Idealerweise mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung
