About the role
- Property Manager responsible for end-to-end applications management in technical real estate. Collaborating with stakeholders and overseeing integrations for cloud platform management.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end application management for our cloud-based platform for technical real estate management and other related applications
- 2nd-level support including analysis, prioritization, and resolution of complex tickets; close collaboration with 1st-level support, business departments, and external partners
- Acting as the interface between business and IT: requirements management, documentation, and quality assurance
- Regular interaction with internal stakeholders and external clients, including partners inside and outside the HIH Group
- Release management: test planning, testing, rollout coordination, and stakeholder communication
- Monitoring stability and performance, and driving continuous process improvements
- Managing and maintaining integrations, especially with ERP and DMS systems (including data imports/exports and API-based connections)
- Creating and maintaining knowledge articles, how‑tos, and end-user training
Requirements
- Vocational training or a degree in technical property management or comparable professional experience
- Strong IT affinity
- Analytical, structured and service-oriented; strong communication skills and team spirit
- Languages: German at least C1, English at least B2
