About the role

  • Area Sales Manager for Solutions in Austria at Interroll Group. Responsible for customer acquisition and account management in the technical field.

Responsibilities

  • New customer acquisition and (key) account management for the Austria sales territory in the Solutions area, in line with the company’s strategic direction
  • Customer support in close coordination with the internal stakeholders ASM Products and ASM Service
  • Technical advising of customers and support in implementing customer specifications
  • Close collaboration with Internal Sales on quotation preparation, price lists, delivery agreements, etc.
  • Responsibility for contract management and insolvency protection (e.g., invoice follow-up, dunning/collections, etc.)
  • Monitoring market trends and buyer behavior and providing feedback to Global Product Management and the R&D Center to drive the development of new solutions and applications
  • Maintaining the customer database and ensuring all information is up to date (SAP/CRM)
  • Representing the company at trade shows and customer events

Requirements

  • Degree in a technical field such as Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering; alternatively state-certified technician/master or equivalent qualifications
  • At least 3 years' professional experience in a technical environment — e.g., intralogistics systems, drive technology, control engineering, or similar
  • Strong service and customer orientation
  • Independent, self-motivated working style
  • Strong communication skills and technical enthusiasm
  • Excellent German and English skills (at least C1)
  • High willingness to travel within the sales territory and to the involved production sites
