Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or rebate management
- 3+ years in a managerial or people lead role
- Preferred: Master's or MBA
- Preferred: Intel pricing experience
- Proficiency in SOX compliance, US GAAP, and rebate accounting standards
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and financial reporting tools
- Experience leading global, cross-functional process or systems transformations
