About the role

  • Recruiter sourcing candidates to meet INTEGRIS Health's talent acquisition goals. Responsible for planning recruitment activities and ensuring brand integrity across recruitment efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sourcing candidates to meet the talent acquisition and retention goals of the organization
  • Ensures employment brand integrity across the system in centralizing all recruiting marketing and advertising efforts
  • Responsible for planning and overseeing all recruitment and retention activities, events, and functions in fulfillment of the talent acquisition and retention plan
  • Represents INTEGRIS to outside agencies, schools, universities, and vendors
  • Plans, organizes, and executes recruitment and retention efforts across the system
  • Coordinates system-wide marketing, advertising, and promotion efforts for all job postings, ads, and collateral materials
  • Maintains extensive records of all activities to evaluate effectiveness of efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in human resources, marketing, business or related field or 4 years of experience in human resources
  • SPHR/PHR preferred
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written)
  • This job requires the incumbents to operate a INTEGRIS-owned vehicle OR personal vehicle (non INTEGRIS-owned) and therefore must have a current Oklahoma State Drivers License as well as a driving record which is acceptable to our insurance carrier
