About the role

  • Customer Experience Associate managing inbound client requests for IAS, a digital media quality company. Providing client education, safeguarding data accuracy, and resolving issues with internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all inbound requests from designated accounts with strong support of client needs
  • Provide education to clients on IAS products and systems
  • Safeguard accuracy of contracts and customer data in Salesforce
  • Problem solving and dealing with client and data issues
  • Liaising with internal teams to seek answers / understand the issue and working towards resolution
  • Role will include support to multi-regions and teams / stakeholders
  • Participate in team and/or 1:1 meeting, share updates with clients, management, and stakeholders
  • Additional responsibilities and projects assigned, as needed

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns and relationships with customers or agencies
  • Extensive Salesforce experience
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Knowledge of order to cash process, analysis and reporting
  • Hands-on detail-oriented individual willing to be immersed in all aspects of client and finance functions
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Fluent English and French language skills are essential.
