Responsibilities

  • Engage and nurture target accounts with best-in-class campaigns.
  • Develop and execute cross-channel campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, PR, Solutions, Brand, and Events) to align initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance and ROI, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in a demand generation or growth marketing role for a B2B brand.
  • Proven track record of managing integrated campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth.
  • Experience using analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
  • Technical experience includes using tools like Wordpress, Prismic, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Demandbase, and ad platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI tools or marketing automation workflows required.
  • Proactive and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
