Responsibilities
Support for the departmental secretariat of the Research Department Plankton and Microbial Ecology
Handling correspondence, appointment scheduling and business travel management
Administrative support and assistance for staff
Organization of events, workshops and seminars
Room management on site and cash handling
Requirements
Training as a foreign language assistant, office management clerk (Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement) or equivalent qualification
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
Confident use of common MS Office applications
Relevant professional experience in office organization and team assistance
Experience in an international working environment or research setting is an advantage
