Responsibilities
You will take responsibility for our sales efforts and acquire and develop new customers.
Your goal will be to scale our platform within industrial environments across Europe and beyond.
This includes identifying business opportunities and independently generating and qualifying promising leads.
Carrying out acquisition activities to persuade prospects to attend live demonstrations of our software platform.
Conducting demonstrations of our software independently.
Expanding our direct sales pipeline and processes.
Supporting the creation of content such as success stories, sales materials, whitepapers, etc., to accelerate the sales process and increase closing rates.
Requirements
Strong hunter mentality with a high degree of persistence
Experience in sales and lead generation, supported by demonstrable successes and references
Sales experience in industrial environments and an affinity for the planning and construction sectors
Understanding of customers' business and operational processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a passion for engaging with prospective customers
Honesty and a genuine interest in people and in understanding customers' pain points
An affinity for technical products is a plus
Excellent German and English language skills are required; French and Italian are an advantage
