About the role

  • Sales Manager at Inspacion driving the growth of B2B virtual reality platform sales across Europe. Leading customer acquisition and developing sales strategies for optimized operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • You will take responsibility for our sales efforts and acquire and develop new customers.
  • Your goal will be to scale our platform within industrial environments across Europe and beyond.
  • This includes identifying business opportunities and independently generating and qualifying promising leads.
  • Carrying out acquisition activities to persuade prospects to attend live demonstrations of our software platform.
  • Conducting demonstrations of our software independently.
  • Expanding our direct sales pipeline and processes.
  • Supporting the creation of content such as success stories, sales materials, whitepapers, etc., to accelerate the sales process and increase closing rates.

Requirements

  • Strong hunter mentality with a high degree of persistence
  • Experience in sales and lead generation, supported by demonstrable successes and references
  • Sales experience in industrial environments and an affinity for the planning and construction sectors
  • Understanding of customers' business and operational processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a passion for engaging with prospective customers
  • Honesty and a genuine interest in people and in understanding customers' pain points
  • An affinity for technical products is a plus
  • Excellent German and English language skills are required; French and Italian are an advantage
