About the role

  • Secretary responsible for patient administration at INOVIE Labosud. Ensuring optimal patient orientation and managing healthcare documentation for diagnostics.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a welcoming reception and properly direct patients and visitors
  • Handle telephone calls and information requests
  • Perform registration and manage patient records
  • Assist with general administrative management and secretarial duties for the facility

Requirements

  • Diploma in medical secretarial studies
  • Knowledge of HEXALIS software highly desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
  • Versatility and thoroughness in administrative tasks
  • Availability and discretion with patients
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
