Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership
Maintain and organize the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Act as the first point of contact for the executive, managing all incoming and outgoing communications.
Coordinate communications between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Organize and coordinate meetings, including booking meeting rooms and managing catering services.
Prepare, track, and submit expense reports for the executive.
Oversee office operations, including supplies management and event planning.
Coordinate and manage projects on behalf of the executive.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably in a corporate or fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Advanced technical skills with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Salesforce a plus.
Familiarity with online travel tools, and time and expense reporting process.
Strong organizational skills, high-level prioritizing and multi-tasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High degree of flexibility.
