About the role

  • Executive Assistant providing comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership at Huron. Responsible for managing schedules, communications, and office operations in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership
  • Maintain and organize the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the executive, managing all incoming and outgoing communications.
  • Coordinate communications between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including booking meeting rooms and managing catering services.
  • Prepare, track, and submit expense reports for the executive.
  • Oversee office operations, including supplies management and event planning.
  • Coordinate and manage projects on behalf of the executive.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably in a corporate or fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Advanced technical skills with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Salesforce a plus.
  • Familiarity with online travel tools, and time and expense reporting process.
  • Strong organizational skills, high-level prioritizing and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High degree of flexibility.
