Contract Analyst for Timenow managing contracts and supporting legal evaluations in Espírito Santo, Brazil. Engaging in negotiations and maintaining contract compliance with industry services.
Responsibilities
Support contract management, monitoring contract expirations to enable proactive action on renewals and amendments to value and term;
Review and negotiate contract drafts and service agreement addenda after legal assessment, proposing modifications and additions to clauses in accordance with the scope of services, sales terms, and commercial/technical proposals;
Negotiate contractual price adjustments and other contract modifications with clients;
Act as the interface between clients' incidental requests and Timenow's internal departments to ensure timely and high-quality responses;
Manage and handle claims or contract changes in coordination with Finance, Technical, and Legal teams;
Organize and keep the department's contract repository updated;
Provide contractual support to technical teams and make contract information available;
Participate in the implementation of work plans and departmental procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related fields
Intermediate English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
Experience in analysis/management of service contracts within the industry
