About the role
- Contract Analyst for Timenow managing contracts and supporting legal evaluations in Espírito Santo, Brazil. Engaging in negotiations and maintaining contract compliance with industry services.
Responsibilities
- Support contract management, monitoring contract expirations to enable proactive action on renewals and amendments to value and term;
- Review and negotiate contract drafts and service agreement addenda after legal assessment, proposing modifications and additions to clauses in accordance with the scope of services, sales terms, and commercial/technical proposals;
- Negotiate contractual price adjustments and other contract modifications with clients;
- Act as the interface between clients' incidental requests and Timenow's internal departments to ensure timely and high-quality responses;
- Manage and handle claims or contract changes in coordination with Finance, Technical, and Legal teams;
- Organize and keep the department's contract repository updated;
- Provide contractual support to technical teams and make contract information available;
- Participate in the implementation of work plans and departmental procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related fields
- Intermediate English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Experience in analysis/management of service contracts within the industry
