About the role

  • Sales Executive driving new business for expense management solutions in the UK. Build relationships and handle the full sales cycle with a focus on customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage UK/European businesses that can benefit from our expense management and other solutions, as required
  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery calls to contract signature
  • Build genuine rapport and deliver a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
  • Understand client pain points and effectively communicate how our solution solves their challenges
  • Maintain accurate pipeline records using our CRM
  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs
  • Work with marketing and sales team for new sales campaigns
  • Attend client or partner meetings and industry events
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a smooth handover for ongoing account management
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience, with a proven track record of delivery to target at C suite level
  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to build trust quickly
  • Confident conversational skills – you’re comfortable picking up the phone and engaging stakeholders at all levels
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to manage your own pipeline effectively
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience selling SaaS or financial/expense management solutions preferred.
