Responsibilities
Proactively identify and engage UK/European businesses that can benefit from our expense management and other solutions, as required
Manage the full sales cycle from discovery calls to contract signature
Build genuine rapport and deliver a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Understand client pain points and effectively communicate how our solution solves their challenges
Maintain accurate pipeline records using our CRM
Respond to RFPs/RFIs
Work with marketing and sales team for new sales campaigns
Attend client or partner meetings and industry events
Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a smooth handover for ongoing account management
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
Previous sales experience, with a proven track record of delivery to target at C suite level
A customer-first mindset with the ability to build trust quickly
Confident conversational skills – you’re comfortable picking up the phone and engaging stakeholders at all levels
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to manage your own pipeline effectively
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience selling SaaS or financial/expense management solutions preferred.
