Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the entire employee lifecycle
  • Manage the recruitment process for various positions
  • Organize and conduct structured onboarding processes
  • Maintain digital personnel files in accordance with GDPR
  • Serve as the central point of contact for HR-related matters
  • Support personnel decisions and performance management
  • Plan and coordinate training and development measures
  • Organize and document offboarding

Requirements

  • Business administration vocational training, a degree, or equivalent qualification in HR
  • Experience as an HR Specialist or in a generalist HR role
  • Confident and professional interaction with employees and managers
  • Structured, reliable working style and excellent communication skills
  • Appreciation for modern digital work environments and remote work
  • Willingness to take ownership and independently develop processes
  • Professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach
  • Meticulous approach to work and discretion/confidentiality
  • Knowledge of employment law welcome but not central to the role
