Requirements
Commercial training, a degree, or an equivalent qualification in HR
Experience as an HR representative or in a generalist HR role
Confident interaction with employees and managers
Structured, reliable, and strong communication skills

Willingness to take responsibility and independently develop processes
Professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented working style
Careful working practices and confidentiality are a matter of course
