About the role

  • Mid-Market Account Executive owning the sales cycle for mid-market retailers at Ingrid. Engaging decision-makers and driving growth in e-commerce logistics with a focus on technology and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, business case, and close
  • Build and manage a portfolio of ~40 mid-market target accounts
  • Engage decision-makers using personalized, multi-channel outreach
  • Run structured sales processes using MEDDPICC and value-based selling
  • Build clear ROI cases and go-live plans for customers
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in HubSpot
  • Partner closely with SDRs, Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Represent Ingrid at relevant e-commerce and logistics events

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Proven success selling into mid-market accounts
  • Experience running multi-stakeholder sales cycles with clear ROI
  • Comfortable with modern sales tools (HubSpot, Gong, AI prospecting tools)
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging VP/C-level stakeholders
  • Fluent in English and Swedish (other Nordic languages are a plus)
