About the role

Responsibilities
- Integrate our Network fleet, enhancing relationship and communication between clients and suppliers
- Gather and understand customer feedback with empathy
- Balance long-term product vision with market necessities
- Work on feature designs and specifications with Design and Engineering teams
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement to enable internal teams on new product features
- Work with Product Marketing on GTM strategies, feature adoption, customer engagement
- Support Engineering during development to anticipate challenges and needs
- Analyze metrics to understand customer behavior and product performance
- Be creative, a problem-solver, and an advocate for the customer
Requirements
- Previous experience as a product manager, or someone in a similar role
- Strong willingness to be impactful on our customers' daily lives
- Require awesome time management and prioritising skills
- Customer focus and being able to have fun while delivering awesome products
- Bonus points if you have a tech background in software development
- Bring solid experience in international B2B and SaaS
