Responsibilities
Incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps
Establish and prioritize product requirements to solve key business and customer problems
Drive product development across software, systems, safety, quality, and vehicle programs to deliver high-quality hands free driving experiences at scale
Define, track, and analyze Super Cruise performance, engagement, and quality metrics to drive continuous improvement and inform roadmap decisions
Serve as a subject matter expert for your product portfolio, providing guidance to internal teams and partners
Communicate product status and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders
Monitor emerging trends to inform and drive execution of the product roadmap
Help foster a data-driven culture and establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of Super Cruise initiatives
Requirements
5+ years of product management or related industry experience
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Familiarity working with complex software solutions like computer vision and AI/ML
Able to define vision and strategy for software products where little precedence exists
Operate with a high level of independent judgment and proactively address obstacles as they arise
Proven oral and written communication skills; ability to become fluent in technical concepts and explain to non-technical partners
Comfortable with complex and ambiguous problems and situations, and adept at identifying a project’s risks
