About the role

  • Junior HR Generalist supporting recruitment and HR tasks in a growing digital service company. Aiding in team expansion, onboarding, and enhancing workplace attractiveness.

Responsibilities

  • You support the expansion of our teams by actively sourcing candidates across various channels
  • You translate our project requirements into clearly formulated job advertisements
  • You communicate with applicants, schedule interviews, and support interview processes
  • You contribute ideas when creating onboarding materials
  • You manage 1–2 open positions concurrently with clear goals that we steer together
  • You gradually familiarize yourself with topics such as data protection, IT, and labor law
  • You learn how to structure and standardize HR processes holistically
  • You conduct needs and market analyses to make working at InfoTip even more attractive
  • You leave your mark on our company culture, for example by introducing additional benefits

Requirements

  • Excellent German and English skills
  • Completed commercial training or degree (e.g., business administration, social sciences)
  • Ideally, some initial experience in recruiting or HR
  • Confident communication skills and strong organizational abilities
  • Proficient with Office products and willingness to learn various tools
  • Affinity for social media
  • Analytical thinking and a precise working style
  • Willingness to learn the legal aspects of personnel management
